At Shraddha Vistara, we ensure quality packaging and fresh products. Since we deal in food items (jaggery, hing, millet, spices), we follow strict hygiene and safety standards.

1. Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of edible products, returns are accepted only in these cases:
✅ Damaged product received
✅ Wrong product delivered
✅ Missing items in the order
✅ Product expired at the time of delivery

❌ We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Taste preference issues
  • Opened/used products
  • Incorrect address provided by customer

2. Return Request Timeline

You must raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Unboxing video (recommended)
  • Clear photos of product & package
  • Order ID and issue details

3. Refund Process

Once your request is approved:

  • Refund will be initiated within 5–7 working days
  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method
  • For COD orders, refund may be processed via bank transfer/UPI

4. Replacement Policy

In eligible cases, we may provide:
✅ Replacement product OR
✅ Full refund (based on availability and issue type)
